I’m a mother raising children in an international environment. Today, many schools bring together kids from different countries, languages, and cultures. It’s enriching and inspiring, helping them grow into flexible, open-minded individuals — but it can also make their journey more complex. In a multicultural setting, children may feel like outsiders, lose confidence, and become disconnected from their roots.
I created My Passport for kids because I saw how vital it is for a child to feel a sense of belonging and meaning. In a world where traditions mix and languages shift, children need a safe space to express themselves, share their heritage, and explore others with curiosity. They long to feel grown-up and independent — even during play.
